Terms and Conditions for Security and CCTV Equipment Lease

1. Lease Agreement Duration

This lease agreement is for a 24-month term. By proceeding with the purchase, you agree to the monthly recurring payment for the full lease period.

2. Monthly Recurring Payment

The amount displayed in your cart at checkout will become your monthly recurring payment for 24 months. Payments will be automatically charged each month until the lease period ends.

3. Equipment Installation

Our team will install the leased equipment at your designated location within 20 business days from the date of your initial deposit payment.

4. Early Cancellation & Fees

If you choose to cancel the lease before the 24-month period ends:

• An early cancellation fee of $1,500 will apply.
• The client must grant access to their property for our team to remove the equipment within 48 hours after cancellation.

5. Ownership & Warranty

• After completing the 24-month lease term, the equipment becomes the client’s property.
• The equipment will include a 1-year warranty from the end of the lease period.
• Labor costs for repair and replacement after the lease term are not included in the warranty.

By proceeding with the lease and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
